* Meaning – Ha + Tha. “Ha” means Pingala Nadi (sun principle) or right nostril and “tha” means Ida nadi, (moon principle) or left nostril. Nadi means psychic passage of energy in your body
* How it affects the body – Hatha Yoga will balance you energy levels both masculine and feminine, clear the chakras and awaken your kundalini energy to give you one of the most experience in life. (Students please note you need to practice this science under the guidance of a senior yoga Teacher)
